BizGST Pro is a software product of Zesst Now Services Private Limited. It is not a chartered accountancy firm, tax consultant, legal advisor, or financial advisor. Nothing in the Service — including calculations, reports, AI assistant responses, blog articles or tools — constitutes professional tax, legal or financial advice.

2. GST Calculations & Reports

• GST computations (CGST/SGST/IGST, round-off), GSTR-1 summaries, P&L and GST-payable figures are estimates generated from the data you enter.
• Accuracy depends entirely on the correctness and completeness of your inputs (rates, HSN codes, GSTINs, expenses).
• Always have a qualified Chartered Accountant or tax practitioner verify figures before filing any government return. You remain solely responsible for your tax filings and compliance.

3. Not a Government Portal

The Service does not currently file returns with, or transmit invoices to, the GST Network (GSTN) or any government system. E-Invoice/IRN features, where marked, operate in sandbox/preparatory mode until official GSP integration is announced. BizGST Pro is not affiliated with GSTN or the Government of India.

4. AI Assistant

AI responses are generated by a language model and can be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. Treat them as a starting point, never as a substitute for professional advice. Verify all AI-provided rates, deadlines and rules against official sources or your CA.

5. Business Decisions

Reports such as P&L, khata balances, stock values and pipeline values are informational. We are not liable for business decisions made on the basis of these reports.
