Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Zesst Now Services Private Limited governing your use of BizGST Pro at https://bizgstpro.com (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you accept these Terms.

1. The Service

BizGST Pro is business software for GST invoicing, inventory, expense tracking, reports and related tools. It is a software tool — not a chartered accountancy firm, tax advisor, or government filing portal. See our Disclaimer.

2. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• One person may not maintain multiple free accounts to circumvent plan limits.
• You must be 18+ and authorised to act for the business you register.

3. Plans, Billing & Renewal

• Paid plans are billed in advance (monthly or annual) via Razorpay. Prices are listed at /pricing and exclude GST unless stated.
• Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Founding/Lifetime deals grant access to the stated plan for the lifetime of the Service, are non-transferable, and subject to fair use.
• We may change prices with 30 days' notice; existing prepaid periods are honoured. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

4. Your Data

You own the business records you store in the Service. You grant us a limited licence to host and process them solely to provide the Service, per our Privacy Policy and DPA. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the data you enter (including your customers' data).

5. Acceptable Use

• No unlawful use: fake invoices, GST fraud, money laundering, or issuing tax documents you are not entitled to issue.
• No abuse: scraping, reverse engineering, reselling without written permission, overloading the Service, bypassing rate limits or security, or misusing the AI assistant.
• No infringing, defamatory or malicious content.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with notice where practicable.

6. Availability

We target high availability but the Service is provided "as is" and "as available". Planned maintenance and factors beyond our control (hosting, network, third-party outages) may cause downtime. Export your data anytime via the built-in CSV exports.

7. Confidentiality

Each party will keep the other's non-public information confidential and use it only to perform under these Terms. This clause survives termination. (Enterprises requiring a signed mutual NDA may contact support@bizgstpro.com.)

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, its design, code and branding belong to Zesst Now Services Private Limited. Feedback you provide may be used to improve the Service without obligation.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law: (a) we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, loss of profits, or loss of data caused by factors outside our reasonable control; (b) our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (or ₹1,000 for free accounts). Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

10. Indemnity

You will indemnify us against third-party claims arising from your data, your invoices/tax positions, or your breach of these Terms.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service anytime and request deletion. We may terminate for material breach with notice. On termination you may export your data for 30 days, after which it is deleted per the Privacy Policy.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh, India have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer-law rights. Parties will first attempt good-faith resolution via support@bizgstpro.com.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified 15 days in advance by email or in-app notice.
