Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Free Plan First
BizGST Pro offers a permanent free plan and public pricing at /pricing, so you can fully evaluate the Service before paying. We encourage you to test on the free plan first.
2. Monthly Subscriptions
- Cancel anytime from your account or by emailing support@bizgstpro.com. Access continues till the end of the current billing period; no further charges.
- 7-day money-back guarantee on your first-ever paid month: if the Service does not work as described, email us within 7 days of first payment for a full refund.
- Renewal charges for months already used are non-refundable.
3. Annual Subscriptions
- Full refund within 14 days of first annual payment.
- After 14 days: pro-rata refund of unused full months, minus payment gateway charges, if you cancel due to a documented Service failure we cannot fix within 15 days.
4. Founding / Lifetime Deals
Lifetime deals carry a 14-day full money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. After 14 days, lifetime purchases are non-refundable.
5. How Refunds Are Processed
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Razorpay within 5–7 business days of approval (bank posting times may vary). We will confirm by email.
6. Duplicate / Failed Payments
Duplicate charges or amounts debited for failed transactions are refunded in full — email support@bizgstpro.com with the payment reference and we will resolve within 7 business days.
7. What Is Not Refundable
- Charges older than the windows above, or periods of normal use.
- One-time services already delivered (e.g., data migration, onboarding/training sessions) once the work is completed.
- Account terminations for violation of our Terms (e.g., fraud, abuse).
